By using BookFlow, you agree to these terms. BookFlow is a platform that enables businesses to accept online appointments and payments.

Business accounts

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, services, pricing, and availability. You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Customer bookings

Customers booking through a business page enter into a direct service relationship with that business. BookFlow is not a party to the appointment itself.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. A platform fee may apply to each transaction as configured. Refunds are handled according to the business cancellation policy and admin approval.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by each business. Customers may cancel via their booking management link when permitted.

Limitation of liability

BookFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed appointments, service quality, or payment disputes between businesses and customers.
